Serra Negra Brazil - 340G Whole Bean Coffee
Why we like Serra Negra: it makes a balanced cup with mild acidity. Great for an espresso base for milk drinks, or for a crowd-pleasing drip.
There’s no single right way to make this coffee. Below are just recipes that brought out flavours we liked in testing. Use them as a starting point, then mess with them until the cup tastes good to you.

Aeropress (Inverted method):
12 g finely ground coffee (not quite espresso)
add 40 g 93º water for bloom; after bloom period stir well
Pour to 200 g water, press at 2:30-3:00

Espresso: TBD but probably 18g in · 1:2 ratio · ~30s · fine-medium-fine grind
